I'm expecting new activity — how do I make sure I'm seeing the latest logs?

The Audit Log doesn't update automatically. Here's how to refresh it to see the most recent events.

The Audit Log is not a live feed — it shows a snapshot of events at the time you loaded the page. If you're expecting new activity to appear (for example, you just resent a transaction and want to confirm it was logged), you'll need to refresh to see the latest entries.

How to refresh

Click the Refresh button at the top of the Audit Log. This reloads the activity feed and pulls in any new events since you last loaded the page, while keeping your current filters active.

Tips

  • If you're monitoring activity in real time, refresh periodically — the Audit Log doesn't auto-refresh to ensure consistent pagination behavior

  • After refreshing, the newest events will appear at the top of the feed

  • If a very recent action isn't showing up yet, wait a few seconds and refresh again — there may be a brief delay before events are indexed

Frequently Asked Questions

I refreshed but still don't see the event I'm expecting — what should I check?

First, confirm that the action you're looking for is on a resource type currently tracked by the Audit Log (Transaction, Delivery, Attachment, Sender Acknowledgment, or Receiver Acknowledgment). Also check that your Date range filter isn't excluding recent events — if it's set to a past window, new events won't appear. Click Reset filters and try again.
