You will receive the following Error messages

HTTP - You will receive an error message

API - You Will an Error message

FTP/SFTP - No error, File will be picked up when the Maintenance is over

AS2 - You will receive an Error message stating that the AS2 is not reachable.

What will happen if my trading partner attempts to send a transaction to me during the maintenance window?

Your trading partner will receive the following Error messages

HTTP - You will receive an error message code 503

API - You Will an Error message code 503

FTP/SFTP - No error, File will be picked up when the Maintenance is over

AS2 - You will receive an Error message stating that the AS2 is not reachable.

What will happen if I use polling?

No transactions will be available via the polling buckets; Polling requests will receive an Error message code 503

What do I do about transaction errors during this time?

If you are sending data via AS2, HTTP, or API you will have to resend any transactions after the maintenance window has concluded.

Will I get failed transaction notifications via email from Orderful during this time?
-
No, transactions will not reach Orderful and will not technically fail within Orderful, so no email notifications will be produced during the maintenance window.

If I start to receive failed transactions and/or error messages after the maintenance window is over, who do I contact?
